Key Responsibilities:

• Validate daily GIC order activity

• Process GIC settlements and wire payments

• Maintain accurate GIC purchase orders

• Reconcile commissions for clients and advisors

• Support issuer onboarding and servicing activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of financial services experience

• Knowledge of GIC products is beneficial

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions
