Elevate Indigo’s strategic initiatives as a Strategic Planning & Process Redesign Manager on a 12-month contract. This role requires expertise in strategic planning and process redesign to enhance productivity and customer experience.
In this full-time contract position, you will support Indigo's strategic planning process by managing the planning calendar and facilitating discussions with senior leadership. Collaboration with stakeholders and process owners is essential for implementing process redesign initiatives that improve outcomes for customers and employees alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Indigo’s annual strategic planning process
• Coordinate leadership sessions and materials for planning
• Conduct research on market trends and competitive analysis
• Lead cross-functional process redesign engagements
• Support automation and digital transformation opportunities
Requirements:
• Relevant degree with strong academic performance
• Expertise in strategic planning and process redesign
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills
• Proven experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to foster collaboration and influence across teams
