Float is on a mission to empower Canadian businesses by simplifying finance. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire financial infrastructure roadmap, ensuring efficient payment processes. Your expertise in managing financial services infrastructure will be vital to our growth, as you work with multiple engineering squads to enhance user experience and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the financial infrastructure roadmap from delivery to iteration
• Improve payment health metrics, including success rates and speed
• Manage partnerships with banks and payment processors
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across products
• Utilize AI tools for analytics and decision-making
Requirements:
• 5+ years in product management with financial services experience
• Proven track record in leading infrastructure changes
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Comfortable with APIs, data models, and compliance
• Experience using AI tools in product development
Drive impactful changes in business finance while enhancing customer satisfaction at Float.
