As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support a portfolio of initiatives within Global HR Operations. Your expertise in business analysis and project delivery will be pivotal in translating needs into clear requirements, ensuring compliance, and promoting effective operations. This role requires proficiency in requirements documentation, stakeholder facilitation, and managing testing processes to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
