Position: Sales Operations Co-op at EQ Bank
Join EQ Bank as a Co-op Student in the Sales Operations team to support lifecycle management and partnerships. Gain hands-on experience in data analysis, project coordination, and customer engagement.

This part-time role for the January to April 2027 term focuses on enhancing sales processes, reporting cycles, and managing cross-functional partnerships. You will work with Digital, Marketing, and Product teams to drive customer retention initiatives and support credit card programs. Build skills in CRM data quality, performance reporting, and strategic insight generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recurring Sales Operations reporting and review activities

• Maintain operational resources and documentation for sales processes

• Track deliverables, deadlines, and risks associated with projects

• Conduct market research and summarize insights for decision-making

• Assist in preparing presentations and leadership updates

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in business, finance, or related program

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and Power BI

• Interest in using AI tools for process improvement

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
