Lead the AI strategy and product management initiatives at BMO Capital Markets. As Vice President, you'll shape high-value AI solutions to enhance business outcomes in a regulated environment.
In this senior role, you will operate at the crucial intersection of business strategy and AI product management. Your responsibilities include owning the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled products while ensuring alignment between front-office users and senior business stakeholders. You’ll also be tasked with driving product discovery, leveraging data insights, and validating AI strategies within Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Develop understanding of business needs and translate them into product opportunities
• Lead product discovery and investment decisions until scaling
• Align stakeholders on priorities, risks, and expected outcomes
• Present strategic choices and product recommendations to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years in product management or strategy
• Experience in Capital Markets or financial services
• Familiarity with AI and LLM-enabled products
• Strong communication and analytical skills
