Regulatory Platforms Business Analyst

Shape regulatory platforms at the Ontario Securities Commission through business analysis, Agile requirements management, and stakeholder collaboration. This is a regular, full-time opportunity.
As a Business Analyst in the Product Office – Regulatory Platforms, you will bridge business needs and technology solutions. You will define business needs, document processes, and translate requirements into products and capabilities. The work includes complex projects, application enhancements, and opportunities for greater effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze complex projects involving business requirements and operational processes
Document needs, objectives, pain points, and access rules
Create personas, epics, features, and user stories
Collaborate during application configuration, testing, and deployment
Deliver work products throughout the Agile lifecycle
Requirements:
University education in information sciences or business administration
Three to five years’ Business Analyst experience in financial services
Knowledge of Business Analysis methodology and related tools
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and recommendation development skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management abilities
Bring financial services analysis, Agile requirements expertise, and collaborative stakeholder skills to the OSC’s regulatory technology team.
