As Senior Manager in EY’s Canadian Strategy & Value Creation team, you will lead engagements across strategic, commercial, operational, and investment decisions. You will work with Americas teams on corporate, government, and private equity assignments. Your work will address growth, market dynamics, operating models, and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic engagements and manage planning, execution, and complexity
Mentor teams across multiple engagements and deliver measurable client impact
Advise executives on growth and long-term value creation initiatives
Assess markets, competition, customer behavior, and strategic implications
Integrate AI while validating outputs and maintaining quality accountability
Requirements:
At least eight years of work or leadership experience
Engineering, Finance, or Commerce undergraduate degree; MA or MBA asset
Experience in consulting, corporate strategy, private equity, or investing
Advanced Excel modelling and PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI skills
Strong analytical, quantitative, conceptual, communication, and leadership abilities
Bring strategic leadership, rigorous analysis, and value creation expertise to EY-Parthenon’s Toronto practice serving complex clients.
