Strategy Value Creation Manager

As a Manager in EY-Parthenon’s Canadian Strategy & Value Creation team, you will deliver engagements for corporate, government, and private equity clients. You will assess growth opportunities, competitive positioning, market dynamics, and investment decisions. The work combines strategic recommendations, operational improvement, and AI-enabled analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Structure engagements around hypotheses and execute project validation plans
Assess markets, transactions, operations, and competitive positioning
Develop growth, transformation, innovation, and value creation recommendations
Lead engagement teams and mentor junior professionals
Integrate AI while validating outputs and maintaining quality accountability
Requirements:
At least five years of relevant work or leadership experience
Engineering, Finance, or Commerce undergraduate degree
Experience developing corporate, investment, portfolio, or growth strategies
Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI skills
Excellent communication and senior executive influencing abilities
Bring strategy development, financial analysis, and team leadership to EY-Parthenon’s Toronto value creation practice.
