This Summer Associate role supports Toronto Blue Jays Business Operations through strategic projects, data analysis, and clear recommendations. You will work cross-functionally with leaders, formulate hypotheses, model trends, and interpret customer behaviour. The program offers exposure across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leaders on strategic cross-functional projects
- Formulate hypotheses and test key business problems
- Gather data and uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Translate complex findings into actionable stakeholder insights
- Forecast trends and anticipate customer behaviour through modelling
- Currently enrolled in university or college
- Expected graduation in 2028
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Ability to interpret and analyze data
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Develop strategic analysis, data modelling, and communication skills while supporting Toronto Blue Jays decisions at Rogers Centre.
