Lead Revenue Operations at Homebase through Salesforce expertise and AI-enabled workflows, with required in-office collaboration Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Build scalable systems across teams.
This lead specialist role owns major Rev Ops initiatives and significant portions of the technology stack or revenue funnel. You will design automation, administer GTM tools, and guide cross-functional delivery. The work supports forecasting, capacity planning, reporting, funnel strategy, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive shared Salesforce adoption, design, automation, and integrations
- Administer GTM tools and build scalable system connections
- Lead forecasting, capacity planning, and performance frameworks
- Scope cross-functional projects with Sales, Marketing, and Finance
- Coach stakeholders on AI-enabled workflow improvements
- Five-plus years in Revenue Operations or related GTM operations
- Strong Salesforce expertise designing scalable processes and automation
- Databricks and Omni knowledge or equivalent analytics experience
- Experience leading projects end-to-end with cross-functional partners
- AI fluency with GTM tools and workflow technologies
