As a Business Operations Intern, you will support MRG U in organizing, managing, and executing initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness across The MRG Group. You will gain hands‑on experience in project coordination, process improvement, and knowledge management while working closely with different divisions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

The MRG Group Internship Program is designed to provide you with practical skills, valuable experiences, and exposure to real-world scenarios in the Experience industry.

The program is structured to ensure that 80% of your time is dedicated to performing activities specific to their role, while the remaining 20% is allocated to job shadowing, skill development, and team projects across various businesses within the MRG Group.

• Project Coordination – Assist in planning, tracking, and managing project timelines using Asana.
• Process Improvement – Support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency across divisions.
• Knowledge Management – Maintain and update internal documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
• Data & Reporting – Collect, analyze, and present data to track project effectiveness.
• Collaboration – Work closely with Division Partners to support operational needs and initiatives.
• Training & Communication – Assist in developing training materials and facilitating knowledge-sharing efforts.

• Project Management Knowledge – Understanding of project management principles and process improvement.
• Tech-Savviness – Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, automation tools, and digital workflows.
• Organizational & Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving – Capable of assessing processes, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
• Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal skills for documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
• Technical Proficiency – Experience with knowledge management and project management tools (Asana & Notion experience a plus).
• Adaptability & Initiative – Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adjust to shifting priorities.
• Availability - Ability to work nights and weekends as required to evaluate existing business operations.
