Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
Facilitate JAD sessions, interviews, and stakeholder engagement
Develop strategies, business cases, and cost-benefit analyses
Conduct business, use case, data, and process modeling
Monitor progress and report issues to stakeholders
Requirements:
Eight or more years of business analysis experience
BABOK certification or knowledge of BABOK concepts
Experience creating business requirements and testing documentation
Experience mapping data between source and target systems
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
