This senior business analyst role covers business, functional, non-functional, data, and reporting requirements. You will model processes, develop user stories, and support Agile delivery. The work connects policy, legal, privacy, security, operational, technology, and vendor stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead analysis for large-scale digital and I&IT initiatives
Elicit, validate, document, and manage requirements
Develop workflows, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Support backlogs, sprint planning, testing, and implementation readiness
Prepare executive presentations, recommendations, and status reports
Requirements:
Prior public-sector experience is preferred
Government registry experience is preferred
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to assess legislative and regulatory changes
Availability to work five days onsite
Apply senior business analysis expertise across requirements, Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation initiatives onsite.
