Principal HR Product Portfolio Manager

As Principal Product Manager, you will translate HR product and employee experience strategy into multi-year roadmaps and investment recommendations. You will connect workforce priorities, employee insights, technology trends, and business needs across multiple product domains. The work spans portfolio direction, governance, AI-enabled innovation, performance, and product management maturity.

• Define product strategy across HR domains, journeys, and workforce capabilities
• Frame senior-leader recommendations involving outcomes, risks, dependencies, and sequencing
• Lead responsible AI capability identification, evaluation, and scaling
• Establish portfolio success measures tied to adoption and business value
• Mentor Product Managers and matrixed partners across HR

• 12+ years in product management, strategy, transformation, or related disciplines
• Enterprise-scale portfolios, roadmaps, or complex transformation experience
• Senior-leader influence without formal authority
• Experience in large, matrixed organizations
• Strategic product leadership, portfolio management, and systems thinking
