Senior Change Management Business Analyst

Lead change discovery and business analysis with Peoples Group in Toronto through a full-time hybrid position supporting organizational initiatives.

This Senior Business Analyst role coordinates change management from intake through implementation. You will assess requirements, document stakeholder input, and prepare decision-ready deliverables. The work connects business units and cross-functional stakeholders while supporting senior leadership decisions.

• Lead Discovery for initiatives progressing beyond Intake
• Gather business needs, objectives, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Complete Intake Briefs and assess prioritization criteria
• Track post-implementation results against success measures
• Maintain tracking systems and coordinate meetings

• Three to five years in business analysis or related roles
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Cross-functional impact assessment and stakeholder management abilities
• Project Management experience with strong prioritization skills
