Associate Manager Triangle Rewards Strategy

Reporting to the Manager, Loyalty Products, the Associate Manager advances loyalty strategy, growth, and program evolution. You will translate research, customer data, and performance findings into recommendations while coordinating partners across Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Finance, Legal, Privacy, and Operations. The work supports governance and operationally sound member experiences.

• Support Triangle Rewards strategy, roadmap, policies, and value propositions
• Lead cross-functional loyalty initiatives from planning through execution
• Translate member research and performance findings into recommendations
• Prepare leadership presentations, updates, and decision materials
• Maintain controls, processes, and issue-resolution coordination

• Post-secondary education in business, marketing, strategy, or related field
• Experience in loyalty, customer strategy, marketing, product, or program management
• Ability to lead work within complex, matrixed organizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills
• Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word proficiency
