SaaS Customer Adoption Manager

Build lasting customer value through SaaS adoption as SPS Commerce's Customer Success Manager II in a hybrid office setting.

As part of the Customer Success Team, you will manage post-sales efforts across the customer lifecycle. You will use SPS Commerce product knowledge to create repeatable processes, strengthen relationships, and promote effective resource utilization. The work centers on strategic goals, business challenges, adoption, retention, and expansion.

• Build relationships with finance, operations, and supply chain decision-makers
• Develop plans addressing strategic goals and business challenges
• Implement structured adoption programs for low-usage accounts
• Identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities increasing contract value
• Report progress against targets to leadership

• Two-plus years Customer Success Management experience preferred
• Three to five years professional business experience may qualify
• Experience with SaaS clients or within SaaS environments
• Experience conducting executive business reviews
• Strong listening skills and changing-priority assessment ability
