This Customer Success Manager role partners with customers through adoption and optimization of Emburse’s AI-powered expense intelligence platform. You will serve as a strategic partner, bringing industry best practices, insights, and recommendations. Success depends on connecting customer challenges with business objectives, retention, renewals, and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Build trusted relationships across customer stakeholders
- Lead Business Reviews and value conversations
- Provide recommendations from usage and business insights
- Partner with Sales on renewals and expansion
- Advocate for customer needs across internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Three or more years in customer-facing experience
- Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-management abilities
- Commercial awareness supporting retention and renewals
- Strong organization managing multiple customer priorities
