Senior Agile Data Migration Manager

Direct Agile delivery and data migration projects for complex OPS I&IT initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams through critical project milestones.
As a senior Project Manager and Leader, you will plan and coordinate modernization in multi-platform, multitier product development environments. The position requires Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, migration strategies, testing coordination, and readiness planning. It also supports client relationships and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead data and document migration strategies and decommissioning plans
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, story time, and grooming
- Develop readiness and stabilization plans for MVP releases
- Plan go or no-go meetings for informed milestone decisions
- Coordinate infrastructure dependencies across required technology environments
- Experience with Agile methodology and ceremonies
- Experience leading data migration projects
- Experience coordinating complex product environment modernization
- Experience with requirement, quality assurance, and change management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
