Junior Business Analyst Communications

Apply business analysis, data synthesis, and communication skills in a provisionally hybrid Junior Business Analyst assignment. Support project reporting across stakeholder groups.

This Junior Business Analyst supports Governance and Communications Management and the OCM team. The assignment delivers documentation, process flows, reporting analysis, communication strategies, dashboards, and scorecards. Work is provisionally hybrid, Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours daily between 8:00 and 5:00, excluding lunch, subject to change.

• Deliver documentation, process flows, and reporting analysis
• Develop communication strategies, plans, templates, and deliverables
• Track project information, communication activities, and progress updates
• Create dashboards, reports, and scorecards for cross-stream reporting
• Document roles, responsibilities, procedures, and system inputs

• Past experience in business analysis
• Proven data analysis and recommendation skills
• Excellent verbal, presentation, written, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Teams, and Outlook
• Five years of public sector experience
