This senior Project Manager/Leader manages business transformation initiatives across all project phases. The work combines organizational change management, implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, and fiscal control. You will coordinate work packages, reporting, risks, business cases, and training components while supporting technology agreements.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage business transformation initiatives using project and change methodologies
- Develop implementation strategies across project phases
- Manage work packages, plans, training, documents, and reports
- Report progress, risks, issues, and budgets to stakeholders
- Participate in steering committees and stakeholder forums
- 10+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of organizational and people change management experience
- Large-scale complex IT project delivery experience
- Experience with MS Project, Clarity, Planview, or equivalents
- Emergency Health Sector stakeholder consultation experience
