Human Capital Consulting Analyst Intern

• Analyze human capital and compensation strategies for client teams
• Research insights supporting organizational effectiveness and business outcomes
• Develop compensation programs and structures with analytical support
• Conduct benchmarking analyses and support job evaluation processes
• Prepare client presentations and reports communicating findings and recommendations

• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with interest in data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Experience using generative AI tools with sound review judgement
• Availability for four months full-time from May 2027
