Financial Services Project Manager

Lead financial services projects from Wellington-Altus’s Toronto office, using project planning and stakeholder management to deliver timely outcomes. This full-time role reports to the VP, Business Systems & Innovation.

The Project Manager develops, executes, and maintains implementation plans for Wellington-Altus Private Wealth projects. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor timelines and budgets, and communicate milestones with internal and external stakeholders. The work also includes change management, governance, reporting, and vendor oversight.

• Lead projects and coordinate comprehensive implementation plans
• Capture stakeholder needs, risks, issues, and key decisions
• Track project timelines, budgets, resources, and performance indicators
• Maintain documentation, records, databases, and governance materials
• Prepare status reports, financial summaries, and vendor documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
• Five to eight years of project management experience
• Financial services or private wealth management industry experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Project management certification or training preferred
