Success requires clear communication, organization, analysis, problem-solving, and dependable delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Personal Banking projects and initiatives from planning through execution
- Define objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, and issues
- Coordinate business and functional stakeholders for timely delivery
- Identify barriers and provide clear project status updates
- Demonstrated experience independently managing projects or initiatives
- Experience with in a PMO or structured project environment
- Strong project status reporting and update preparation experience
- Comfort working independently without significant day-to-day direction
- Banking or financial services experience is an asset
