The successful candidates will work across business, technology and program teams to help coordinate delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, track risks and issues, and provide the governance and reporting required to keep complex workstreams moving forward.

This role is well suited to someone who combines strong PMO discipline with hands-on Scrum Master experience and is comfortable operating across multiple teams and stakeholders within a complex enterprise program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of large-scale R&D Regulatory programs and workstreams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives and sprint reviews.
  • Partner with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery leads to maintain alignment on priorities, milestones and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, dependency trackers, action items and decision logs.
  • Identify cross-team dependencies, delivery risks and potential blockers and help drive them through to resolution.
  • Track program progress against milestones, deliverables and key commitments.
  • Prepare status reporting and program updates for project and senior stakeholders.
  • Support governance meetings, steering committees and other program forums.
  • Help teams maintain effective Agile delivery practices while adapting to the needs of a large enterprise program.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple internal teams, external partners and workstreams.
  • Support resource planning, milestone management and overall delivery readiness.
  • Drive follow-up and accountability across teams to ensure actions and commitments are completed on time.
Required Experience
  • 4 7 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Scrum Master or Agile delivery roles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large, complex enterprise programs involving multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.
  • Previous experience within R&D Regulatory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or life sciences environments.
  • Hands-on experience serving as a Scrum Master and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Strong experience with project governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, dependency management and milestone tracking.
Required Skills
  • Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
  • Strong facilitation, organization and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to identify delivery risks and blockers and proactively drive resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and multiple dependencies.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting Regulatory Affairs or R&D transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with large-scale technology, data, process or digital transformation programs within life sciences.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
  • Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe or related certification.
