Financial Services Project Manager

Lead financial services projects from Wellington-Altus’s Toronto office, using project planning and stakeholder management to deliver timely outcomes. This full-time role reports to the VP, Business Systems & Innovation.
The Project Manager develops, executes, and maintains implementation plans for Wellington-Altus Private Wealth projects. You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor timelines and budgets, and communicate milestones with internal and external stakeholders. The work also includes change management, governance, reporting, and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects and coordinate comprehensive implementation plans
Capture stakeholder needs, risks, issues, and key decisions
Track project timelines, budgets, resources, and performance indicators
Maintain documentation, records, databases, and governance materials
Prepare status reports, financial summaries, and vendor documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
Five to eight years of project management experience
Financial services or private wealth management industry experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
Project management certification or training preferred
