Regulatory Product Manager

Regulatory product leadership meets Canadian brokerage expertise in Toronto, where CIRO, CSA, and FINTRAC knowledge supports product delivery. This role requires hands-on collaboration across product, engineering, and compliance.
As Product Manager, Regulatory, you will shape Robinhood’s compliant Canadian brokerage foundation. You will support crypto-asset trading, traditional equities, options, and registered accounts under Canadian oversight. The work spans regulatory processes, policy adherence, and product updates as requirements change.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams
Ship new Canadian products within a regulated environment
Build processes supporting brokerage product regulatory requirements
Monitor policies and procedures across product lines
Plan updates responding to regulatory changes
Requirements:
Five or more years working with Canadian brokerage products
Deep familiarity with CIRO rules governing OEO brokerages
Knowledge of Canadian securities law and CSA CTP frameworks
Technical project experience with engineering teams
Exposure to crypto platforms and traditional retail brokerage
Apply Canadian brokerage regulation, product management, and technical collaboration to Robinhood’s Toronto-based expansion.
