Our financial services client is seeking a  Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to lead end-to-end requirements management using Agile/Scrum-   17422

Drive a high-impact MPW Replatform initiative within a complex, highly regulated insurance environment. This role leads requirements from discovery to implementation, translating business needs into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows while partnering across business, operations, technology, vendors, and Quality Engineering. The position offers cross-functional visibility and ownership across workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, dependencies, and traceability to ensure outcomes align with stakeholder needs.

Location:

Toronto or Waterloo
- Hybrid - 3 Days a Week on Site

Duration: 1 Year

Must Have

Skills:

Strong Business Analysis experience.

Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Requirements gathering, documentation and process mapping.

Ability to translate business needs into clear workflows and functional documentation.

Strong collaboration with business stakeholders, IT teams and project managers.

Experience working on transformation or platform implementation projects.

Nice to Have

Skills:

Wealth management, investments, banking or financial services.

Business process transformation and platform migration projects.

Experience working with vendors during discovery and requirements-gathering stages

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end requirements management from discovery through implementation and post-release support

Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business SMEs, Product, Compliance, Operations, vendors, and technology stakeholders

Support solution design by identifying integrations, data mappings, process impacts, and upstream/downstream dependencies

Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability across requirements, development artifacts, test cases, and delivered solutions

Support UAT and defect resolution with Quality Engineering and business teams

Support Agile/Scrum delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery execution
