IoT Enterprise Account Success Manager

Samsara’s remote Canada team needs an IoT-focused Customer Success Manager skilled in executive communication and operational problem-solving.
This enterprise role partners with customers using Samsara’s platform for fleets, utilities, transportation, and other physical operations. You will translate platform capabilities into workflow improvements, remove barriers to business value, and connect internal teams around customer outcomes. The work combines strategic consulting, account management, and technical product guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure customers improve operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability
Understand customer operations and recommend workflow changes
Remove barriers to achieving agreed business value
Lead executive reviews and align upcoming customer goals
Champion Samsara cultural principles across global teams
Requirements:
Four-plus years in senior Customer Success or strategic consulting
Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred
Solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving ability
Diplomacy, tact, and poise during customer issues
Bachelor's degree and up to 25% travel availability
Use IoT platform knowledge, strategic consulting, and customer communication to help Samsara customers achieve measurable operational outcomes.
