Project Manager, Banking & Finance, Business Systems & Technology Analysis

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Project Manager in the Financial Industry in a hybrid work environment in Toronto, Ontario.
Responsibilities:
Manage projects and initiatives within the Personal Banking portfolio from planning through execution
Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to define objectives, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Take ownership of assigned projects and drive deliverables forward with minimal supervision
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies

Coordinate across multiple business and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Identify and escape risks, issues, and barriers to project delivery
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience independently managing projects or initiative
Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
Experience working within a PMO or structured project environment
Strong experience preparing project status reports and providing clear project updates
Comfortable working independently without significant day-to-day direction or hand-holding
Banking or financial services experience is an asset, particularly exposure to Personal Banking, Personal Lending, Risk, AML, Fraud, or Process Transformation
