Senior Digital Health Product Manager

This senior product management assignment supports complex integration products across clinical, business, technical, privacy, security, operational, and vendor groups. You will define direction for Enterprise Pub/Sub application integrations and workflow changes. The work emphasizes FHIR Subscription, Subscription Topic, clinical workflows, and provincial digital health integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain product vision, objectives, outcomes, and roadmap
Prioritize backlogs using clinical value, risk, and capacity
Translate needs into epics, features, stories, and criteria
Coordinate releases, acceptance, readiness, and stakeholder validation
Measure adoption, timeliness, service quality, and agreed outcomes
Requirements:
Senior experience managing complex digital health products
Ontario digital health and interoperability experience
Knowledge of FHIR APIs, Subscription, Subscription Topic, and HL7 v2
Stakeholder facilitation across clinical and enterprise groups
Public sector experience is required
