Reporting to the VP, Organization Effectiveness & Future Workforce, the Assistant Vice President leads strategy, frameworks, and solutions for businesses transforming. This Human Resources role connects business strategy, workforce capabilities, skills, capacity, external trends, and emerging technology to practical leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Build TD’s perspective on the future of work
Lead workforce planning and scenario development
Define future workforce models and transformation priorities
Establish frameworks for human and AI-enabled work
Translate research into actionable recommendations and decision support
Requirements:
10+ years in workforce strategy or related fields
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to turn insight into practical solutions
Experience leading high-performing teams
University degree in business, HR, or related discipline
Bring strategic judgment, consulting expertise, and AI workforce insight to TD’s future workforce agenda in Toronto, Ontario.
