X/Celerant seeks full-time Management Consultants to coach shop floor meetings, install performance metrics, and support client deliverables. You will work side by side with clients in manufacturing settings, applying operations consulting skills to improve execution.
Experience with data analysis, project management, or supply chain management is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach shop floor level meetings in manufacturing settings
Install metrics supporting operational performance management
Install LEAN tools across client manufacturing environments
Work alongside clients to meet deliverables timely
Requirements:
Three to five years for Senior Consultant roles
Five to ten years for Project Manager or Director roles
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or related fields
Demonstrated LEAN tools experience in manufacturing environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
Bring manufacturing consulting, LEAN tools, and client coaching experience to X/Celerant's Canada-wide Management Consultant team.
