Senior Business Analyst Change Management

Lead business analysis and change management for ministry stakeholders, assessing training practices and supporting transition to a new operating model.
This Senior Business Analyst engages executives, managers, subject-matter experts, operational teams, and end users. You will facilitate discovery, document current-state processes, assess readiness, and develop practical transition approaches. The work turns complex stakeholder input into recommendations, training, and adoption support.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate workshops, interviews, working groups, and decision discussions
Document processes, workflows, roles, pain points, and dependencies
Assess impacts, risks, readiness, and barriers to adoption
Develop transition plans, roadmaps, and change strategies
Prepare leadership recommendations, briefings, and implementation updates
Requirements:
Experience leading business analysis or transformation activities
Experience engaging diverse ministry stakeholders across organizational boundaries
Experience gathering requirements and mapping current-state processes
Strong facilitation, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive-communication skills
