This Change Delivery Manager role drives plans from initiation through implementation and sustainment. You will advise assigned business groups, analyze impacts across people, processes, products, channels, finances, and technology, and recommend solutions. The work combines change methodology, business analysis, project delivery practices, and organizational knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive change plans from initiation through sustainment
Engage leaders, stakeholders, and impacted audiences
Analyze change impacts, risks, and business implications
Build communications and resistance management plans
Monitor adoption and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
Post-secondary degree in a related field
In-depth business analysis and project delivery knowledge
Strong communication, collaboration, and influence skills
In-depth analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
