This full-time role is integral to the advancement of McCain's EDGE Business Transformation Program. You will collaborate closely with business and digital teams to deliver optimized, measurable processes with a focus on SAP S/4
HANA integration and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee design and integration of business processes
• Lead cross-functional process improvement projects
• Conduct thorough 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' analyses
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation and RACI frameworks
• Drive change management and ensure stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of experience in process integration
• Strong background with SAP S/4
HANA
• Proficient in BPM strategies and tools
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Relevant educational background in Business or IT
