As an experienced Project Coordinator in the Building Operations team at Pomerleau Construction, you will manage large-scale building and infrastructure projects—ranging from $1.5 million to over $1 billion—working closely with client groups and subcontractors as part of our projects team. This position is remote, with a 14-7 fly-in/fly-out rotation to Moosonee, Ontario.

What You Will Do
  • Assist the project team with detail-oriented project coordination and administrative support.
  • Ensure clear communication with team members, trade partners, consultants, and clients.
  • Review, interpret, and update construction schedules.
  • Maintain, review, and follow up on shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change notices, and project completion documents.
  • Review and analyze project quotes to find the best market prices.
  • Collect and complete company-wide project reports for your assigned projects.
  • Promote safety standards and Pomerleau’s HS&E programs on-site, ensuring compliance with applicable acts, regulations, and codes.
This role could be for you if you have
  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • A University Degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A proven track record in project coordination and team collaboration.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional client service.
