About the Opportunity

This GTA-based Construction Manager has secured $3B in new projects across Ontario, ensuring stability and exceptional growth opportunities.
Projects range from $30M to over $1B, including Higher Education facilities, Data Centres, cutting-edge Healthcare facilities, Police stations, and Correctional Facilities. These are complex, career-defining builds that will position you among the best builders in the country.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of large-scale ICI projectsOversee coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for seamless executionManage budgets, timelines, and quality standards to ensure project successFoster a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence across all phasesBuild your legacy through impactful projects in the GTAWhy Join?

The successful candidate will have the following:
Proven experience managing ICI construction projects (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial)Nice to have – Full Cycle Project Experience $50M+Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentA passion for building and a drive to advance your careerAbout the Job
