Key Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings and technical specifications

• Coordinate and track submissions and RFIs from subcontractors

• Monitor procurement packages and track delivery schedules

• Prepare and manage façade installation schedules

• Compile project reports on progress and productivity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field

• 4-6 years of construction coordination experience

• Familiarity with CAD/BIM software like AutoCAD

• Strong communication and organizational skills
