Join the Ontario Line's progress as a Construction Guideway Coordinator, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all elevated guideway activities. Collaborate with diverse teams to drive project success through effective oversight.
Reporting to the Guideway Project Manager at ACCIONA Infrastructure Canada Inc., your role will encompass managing engineering activities, monitoring project status, and addressing any construction discrepancies. You'll be at the forefront of handling design coordination and developing comprehensive construction plans to meet established timelines. Engaging closely with subcontractors will be key to ensuring project requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of guideway construction
• Ensure compliance with city standards in engineering work
• Analyze and track design changes for timely resolution
• Facilitate progress meetings and maintain documentation
• Prepare detailed progress reports for management review
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• 2-4 years in a construction coordination capacity
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License G or G2 required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management software
• Strong detail orientation and problem-solving skills
