Construction Phase Services Site Supervisor

Arcadis is looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor for its Construction Phase Services. Take charge of monitoring construction activities related to the Pape Tunnel and Rolling Stock projects.

This critical role involves verifying that site activities align with Issued for Construction drawings and technical specifications. You will leverage your observational skills to document all relevant construction processes and provide timely feedback to the CPS Lead. Your commitment to detail will foster improvements in design-related communications and align project outcomes with expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and document site construction works thoroughly

• Develop and maintain surveillance and inspection reports

• Communicate field observations to the project team

• Resolve queries regarding design issues promptly

• Participate in site coordination meetings regularly

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering Technology

• 5–7 years in field engineering or inspection

• Knowledge of CSA and other relevant standards

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• G license is required
