Project Coordinator Ontario Line South

Drive project success as a Senior Project Coordinator for the Ontario Line South with Ferrovial Construction Canada Inc. This role focuses on cost analysis, project tracking, and stakeholder communication.

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will support timely delivery through data management and progress tracking. Your responsibilities will include reviewing contracts, coordinating civil works, and assisting with RFIs and procurement lists. You'll also maintain organized project documentation and ensure optimal communication across teams while meeting project timelines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data analysis to support management decision-making

• Review contract documents and prepare procurement lists

• Track project productivity, costs, and progress

• Communicate schedules and resolve stakeholder issues

• Prepare detailed job cost reports and support month-end reconciliation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• 8 years of construction industry experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Project

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration

• Ability to work flexibly and meet tight deadlines
