Annual base salary range for this position may be CA $125,000 to CA $145,000, depending on experience and fit.

THE SENIOR ESTIMATOR OPPORTUNITY
Turner Construction’s Toronto office is seeking a full-time Senior Estimator. The role requires availability to work on-site or at the head office, Monday to Friday, for 40 hours per week, and will report to the Pre Construction Executive.

Description:

Supports the Lead Estimators and/or Preconstruction Manager in all estimating functions throughout the Project Launch process required during the preconstruction phase. Responsible for value engineering, budget controls, alternative and comparative studies, constructability reviews and Target Value Design. Responsible to ensure that estimates, bids and GMP’s are complete, accurate, and well supported by recent pricing data and subcontractor input.
