Position: Field Supervisor for Utility Projects
Take charge as a Field Supervisor overseeing utility projects with a strong focus on safety and detail. This role requires daily oversight of contractors and meticulous record keeping across the province.

In your position as a Field Supervisor, you will represent the utility at morning safety briefings and oversee the work environment of contractors daily. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, maintaining accurate records of the day's work, and enforcing safety protocols among your crew. Must be prepared to travel within the province, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent utility at morning safety briefings

• Supervise contractor attendance and equipment daily

• Record details of work performed, including QA/QC

• Ensure safety standards are upheld by the crew

• Commit to a Monday to Friday traveling work schedule

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking abilities in a detail-driven environment

• Proficient in software for recording and payroll

• Knowledge of utility operations and their hazards

• Experience leading group efforts on safety issues

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record

Effectively guide utility project operations with a strong emphasis on safety and detailed management as a Field Supervisor.
