HDR seeks a Senior Construction Inspector for its Transportation - Construction and Field Services division in Ontario. In this role, you will oversee major roadway and bridge constructions, ensuring that all site activities align with client specifications and safety standards. This position includes maintaining documentation and performing inspections during nights or weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect construction projects for quality and compliance

• Maintain thorough daily logs and contract documents

• Perform site surveys for material quantities and payments

• Ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations

• Report findings to the Project Manager and mentor junior staff

Requirements:

• 8 years’ experience in construction engineering

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant experience

• Certified as a Road Construction Senior Inspector preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Valid Ontario driver’s license with acceptable record
