This role requires operating skid steers for asphalt preparation and supporting screed operators in paving efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate skidsteer to load the spreader efficiently

• Spread asphalt maintaining a consistent pace

• Assist screed operator with asphalt distribution

• Use hand and power tools as needed

• Follow safety protocols on job sites

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid G driver’s license

• Minimum 2 years of skidsteer operation experience

• Construction experience preferred

• Physical ability to lift 70+ pounds regularly
