Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of estimates for total project scopes

• Prepare comprehensive basis of estimate and risk assessments

• Coordinate development of estimates with project stakeholders

• Analyze problems and provide detailed solution recommendations

• Maintain a library of local estimating rates for projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of estimating experience in construction

• Familiarity with estimating systems like Sage Timberline or CostX

• Degree in construction or related field

• RICS, CEP, or CPE chartered or on track

• Excellent detail orientation and communication skills
