  High school graduation certificate
• Experience:
  
  2–3 years on site construction

• Supervise workers and projects
• Co‑coordinate and schedule activities
• Oversee apprenticeship training
• Recruit, hire and perform staffing actions
• Train or arrange training for workers
• Set up machines and equipment
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Order materials, equipment and supplies
• Lead and instruct teams

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–3 years of on‑site construction experience
• Ability to work at heights and in dusty conditions
• Strong leadership and communication skills
