As a Junior Site Supervisor, you'll provide professional leadership for project activities and coordinate all field inspections. You will manage project timelines, ensure adherence to safety policies, and maintain quality standards throughout execution. Collaboration with project teams and effective communication will be critical to your success, ensuring all site work meets contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all work aspects at project sites

• Schedule and participate in field reviews and inspections

• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations

• Manage projects from start to completion efficiently

• Inspect completed jobs and communicate deficiencies

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work well both in teams and independently

• Valid Driver’s License required

• Experience with Bid2
